Chinese fishing boat chased and capsized here
A North Korean patrol boat chasing a Chinese fishing vessel crossed the Northern Limit Line (NLL) in the West Sea but retreated after warning shots from the navy.

According to the military on the 16th, on the morning of the 15th, a North Korean patrol boat crossed the NLL near the northwestern islands. A navy Chamsuri-class fast patrol boat approached and attempted warning broadcasts and communications, but there was no response. After firing 10 warning shots with a machine gun, the boat returned north.
There was no clash with North Korea, but the navy fast patrol boat collided with a Chinese fishing vessel. During this process, some personnel sustained bruises and were transported to a military hospital.
