According to the hotel industry on the 15th, Rise Hotel will hold a mixology one-day class every Sunday in April at the hotel's 5th-floor cocktail bar, 'Side Note Club.' As demand for whiskey, cocktails, and other spirits increases mainly among young people, mixology, where customers make and enjoy drinks tailored to their tastes, has become a trend. Participants in the Rise Hotel Sunday cocktail class listen to cocktail storytelling and recipe explanations, then mix and taste various cocktails according to their preferences with the help of a professional bartender. A representative from Rise Hotel said, "There is a growing trend of customers wanting more diverse activities and experiences beyond just staying at the hotel," adding, "We will actively communicate with customers by exploring programs that satisfy their tastes in addition to the one-day classes."
