The psychological counseling for civil complaint officers was promoted to heal the mental damage and resolve the difficulties of those handling civil complaints who are exposed to verbal abuse, assault, and other issues during the process of handling various civil complaint tasks.
This psychological counseling, in cooperation with the Yeonggwang County Mental Health Welfare Center, is conducted by professional counselors visiting one institution per day, including depression level tests, brain wave tests, stress tests, and consultations with mental health specialists.
A county official said, “For smooth communication with civil petitioners and the provision of friendly civil complaint services, it is necessary for civil servants themselves to maintain a comfortable psychological state. We hope this will be an opportunity for employees to check their own psychological condition,” adding, “We will continue to provide stress management and necessary psychological counseling for our staff.”
