Hillstate Centum The First is a high-rise branded residential officetel complex located in Mangmi-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan, consisting of 447 units across 4 basement floors to 37 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 61 to 84 square meters. It is composed of four buildings like an apartment complex and features a variety of community and landscaping facilities, forming a complex-style officetel.


All units are small to medium-sized residential products, with the number of units by type as follows: ▲61㎡A 12 units ▲61㎡B 11 units ▲76㎡A 107 units ▲84㎡A 210 units ▲84㎡B 107 units.

These measures minimize the initial financial burden on contract holders and eliminate the need for additional funds before moving in. Especially, providing the entire interim payment interest-free is expected to reduce the impact of the recent high-interest-rate era and potential further interest rate hikes.
