An apartment building up to 24 stories high will be constructed near Ogeum Station on the Seoul subway.
On the 13th, Seoul City announced that the architectural review for the 'Garak Hyundai 53-dong Small-scale Reconstruction Project' was approved at the architectural committee meeting held on the 11th.
The project site, Garak Hyundai 53-dong Apartment (161-2 Garak-dong, Songpa-gu), is close to Ogeum-ro and Ogeum Park, and is located just 200 meters from Ogeum Station on subway lines 3 and 5, making it a "double station area" with convenient living conditions.
According to the plan, a total floor area of 11,484㎡ will be developed with one residential building and auxiliary welfare facilities, ranging from three basement floors to 24 floors above ground. The project is scheduled to receive implementation approval in the second half of this year and be completed by 2026.
The apartment complex will offer 69 units in two types: 58㎡ and 82㎡ exclusive use areas.
The first floor above ground is designed as a pilotis structure with a floor height of over 6 meters to enhance visual openness.
Additionally, a 3-meter-wide pedestrian setback will be created along the north and south roads, and pedestrian pathways will connect Ogeum-ro on the north side and Ogeum-ro 38-gil on the south side. Eco-friendly solar panels will be installed on the rooftop and facade.
