Ssangbangwool announced on the 12th that it has decided to reduce capital to improve its financial structure.
The number of shares to be reduced is 249,462,523, decreasing the total issued shares from 262,592,129 before the reduction to 13,129,606 shares.
The capital will decrease to 6,564,803,225 KRW after the reduction. The record date for the capital reduction is July 14, and the new shares are scheduled to be listed on August 7.
Ssangbangwool plans to hold a shareholders' meeting on June 12 to discuss this capital reduction plan.
