HL D&I Hanra announced on the 11th that it will be selling apartments at Gunsan Hanra Vivaldi The Prime in the Jigok-dong area of Gunsan-si, Jeonbuk.

This complex consists of 7 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 633 units including 462 units of 84㎡, 19 units of 111㎡, 26 units of 115㎡, 124 units of 136㎡, and 2 units of 258㎡.


Gunsan Hanra Vivaldi The Prime is located within a 1km radius of Eunpa Lake Park and Eunpa Neighborhood Park, as well as Jigok Park, all part of the 2.57 million㎡ area designated as a national tourist attraction. Some units offer direct views of Eunpa Lake Park.


Nearby the complex are Gunsan Elementary School and Gunsan Dongsan Middle School, allowing for safe walking commutes. In particular, Gunsan Elementary School is only 10 meters from the site, making it the most accessible among apartments to be developed around Eunpa Lake Park.
