Wongeonseol's 'Technopolis Hildesheim,' supplied in Cheongju Technopolis, is set to begin its official subscription schedule on the 17th (Monday), attracting the attention of prospective subscribers.
Technopolis Hildesheim will accept special supply subscription applications for two days from April 17th (Monday) to 18th (Tuesday), followed by first-priority subscriptions on the 19th (Wednesday) and second-priority subscriptions on the 20th (Thursday). The winners will be announced on the 26th (Wednesday), and formal contracts will be conducted over three days from May 8th (Monday) to 10th (Wednesday).
The special supply includes categories such as relocated institutions (industrial complexes), institutional recommendations, multi-child families, newlyweds, elderly parent support, and first-time homebuyers, with 351 households allocated. Applicants must meet the detailed conditions for each recruitment type, and workers from relocated institutions (industrial complexes) can apply even without a subscription savings account.
First-priority subscriptions are open to anyone aged 19 or older residing in Cheongju or nationwide who has held a subscription savings account for more than six months and meets the deposit requirements by region and area. Homeowners and household members are also eligible for first-priority subscriptions.
Technopolis Hildesheim draws attention as the first complex to be sold in Cheongju following the relaxation of resale restrictions under the revised Enforcement Decree of the Housing Act effective April 7. The resale restriction period has been reduced to one year, and winners of the subscription do not need to dispose of their existing homes. The mid-term loan guarantee limit, previously capped at 500 million KRW per person, has also been abolished, making financing much easier.
A sales official stated, “Since the model house opened, many visitors have come and consulted about subscription conditions, showing a strong subscription enthusiasm. In particular, the sale price for the exclusive 84㎡ unit is reasonably set in the mid to high 300 million KRW range, and we expect good results.”
In fact, about 6,600 visitors came to the Technopolis Hildesheim model house during the three days from its opening on the 7th through the weekend, with consultation seats fully occupied every day. A real estate official in Cheongju said, “This complex attracted attention due to its price competitiveness as a price ceiling apartment and received many inquiries even before the sale. Coupled with excellent location and high-quality product features, it is expected to succeed in subscription popularity.”
Technopolis Hildesheim will be constructed in Songjeol-dong, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do, consisting of five buildings ranging from two basement floors to 29 floors above ground, with a total of 440 households. All units are composed of a single preferred exclusive area of 84㎡, applying three different floor plans to allow selection according to preference. The number of units by type is △84㎡A 255 units △84㎡B 100 units △84㎡C 85 units.
The complex is arranged mainly facing south to allow ample sunlight, and a lawn plaza is created between the wide building intervals to maximize comfort. Inside the units, all types feature a 4-5 bay slab-type structure ensuring ample lighting and ventilation, with a 4-room design enhancing space utilization. Two pantries usable for various purposes are provided, and some units maximize usable space with three-sided balcony designs.
More luxurious interiors are possible through additional optional items. Paid options include ceiling-type air conditioners for the living room and bedrooms, three-panel sliding doors at the entrance, ceramic tiles on the living room, hallway, and kitchen floors, and Samsung electric ovens, dishwashers, and three-burner induction cooktops. When expanding the balcony, free options include Italian tile art walls in the living room, hardwood flooring, built-in wardrobes, pantry system shelves, and dressing room system shelves, which have received favorable reviews from actual buyers.
Diverse community facilities enhancing residents' living satisfaction will also be established. The basement first floor includes exercise facilities such as a fitness center, indoor golf range, and table tennis room to promote health and physical fitness, while the ground first floor offers amenities like a senior center, daycare, small library, and after-school classrooms for hobbies and leisure time.
Additionally, Technopolis Hildesheim is a station-area apartment located about a 5-minute walk from the planned Bukcheongju Station on the Cheonan-Cheongju Airport double-track railway. It offers convenient access to downtown Cheongju via the 2nd and 3rd ring roads and LG-ro. It is also a workplace-close apartment near SK Hynix and LG Household & Health Care within Cheongju Technopolis, as well as Cheongju General Industrial Complex, Cheongju Industrial Complex, and Osong Life Science Complex, ensuring solid demand from the surrounding workforce.
