'D-DAY' Tracklist Released, Featuring 10 Songs
IU, J-Hope, Sakamoto Ryuichi, and Kim Woosung Participate
The tracklist for the solo album ‘D-DAY’ by BTS member Suga has been revealed.
On the 10th, Big Hit Music posted the tracklist for the solo album ‘D-DAY’ released under the name Agust D on BTS’s official SNS.
Looking at the tracklist, ‘D-DAY’ includes a total of 10 songs: the pre-released track on the 7th, ‘Saram Pt.2 (feat. IU)’, the title track ‘Haegum’, as well as ‘D-Day’, ‘HUH?! (feat. j-hope)’, ‘AMYGDALA’, ‘SDL’, ‘Geugya’, ‘Interlude: Dawn’, ‘Snooze (feat. Ryuichi Sakamoto, Kim Woosung of The Rose)’, and a reinterpretation of BTS’s ‘Life Goes On’ in Agust D’s style with the same title.
The title track ‘Haegum’ features the sound of the traditional Korean instrument haegum, which appears in both the title and lyrics. Previously, Suga also used the haegum sound in the title track ‘Daechwita’ of his second mixtape ‘D-2’, released under the name Agust D, which drew much attention.
Suga participated in writing and composing all the songs on the solo album ‘D-DAY’, leading the overall album production and proving his capabilities as a producer.
In this album, besides collaborating again with singer IU from the pre-released track, Suga worked with BTS’s j-hope, the late world-renowned Japanese musician Ryuichi Sakamoto, and Kim Woosung of The Rose?artists each with distinct charms?to complete the finale of the Agust D trilogy. The solo album ‘D-DAY’ will be released on the 21st.
