Find Hidden Text at 100x Zoom... Samsung Electronics' 'Galaxy Ryeokpyo' Project

Samsung Electronics announced on the 9th that it will install ultra-small outdoor advertisements visible only when using the 100x zoom feature of the Galaxy S23 Ultra camera and run the 'Galaxy Eye Chart' project until the 7th of next month.


The name 'Galaxy Eye Chart,' a combination of the 'Galaxy' brand and 'eye chart,' is a project designed to showcase the excellence of Galaxy's unique camera features.


For this project, Samsung Electronics installed ultra-small outdoor advertisements about half the size of an A4 sheet on the exterior walls or rooftops of 10 Samsung Store locations, including Hongdae, Daechi, and Cheongdam.


This project operates as a customer participation event. Customers who wish to participate can use the 'Space Zoom' feature on their Galaxy S23, S22, or S21 Ultra to capture the outdoor advertisement content, which is difficult to see with the naked eye, and upload the image to their personal Instagram with the hashtag '#갤럭시력표'.


Samsung Electronics plans to give away generous prizes such as the Galaxy S23 Ultra and Galaxy Buds2 Pro through a lottery among event participants.

Meanwhile, Samsung Electronics will also launch the 'Social X Project' to communicate more intimately with customers who value new experiences.


'X' represents an 'Experimental' approach that is not confined to conventions, encouraging voluntary consumer participation, and through this, the influence spreads 'Exponentially.'


Starting with 'Galaxy Eye Chart,' the first project of Social X, Samsung Electronics plans to continuously discover new ideas and strengthen communication with customers not only in Korea but globally.


Lee Young-hee, President of Samsung Electronics' Global Marketing Office, said, "The Social X Project will contribute to closer communication with customers who enjoy new and unique experiences," adding, "Starting with the Galaxy Eye Chart project, we will plan various projects to allow consumers to experience Samsung Electronics' brand and products in more diverse ways."
