Jo Sung-hyun, an MBC PD who produced the Netflix documentary "I Am God," appeared on CBS Radio's "Park Jae-hong's One-on-One Match" on the 6th and revealed the horrific reality, saying, "I made the documentary hoping that even one person inside could get out."

PD Jo Sung-hyun pointed out, "The miserable lives of second-generation victims (children of parents who are cult fanatics) are beyond imagination," adding, "They grew up enduring complete emotional abuse, and the effects continue to this day."

He shared the story of a mother and daughter, calling it "the most nauseating testimony." According to A, a female second-generation victim in her 20s whose mother is a JMS follower, A said that she, who developed early, took provocative photos during middle school and sent them to Jung Myung-seok, who was in prison.

PD Jo said, "The daughter and mother took (nude photos) together in the same frame," and "A letter came from Jung Myung-seok saying, 'Take good care of your daughter. Her breasts and hips are bigger than yours,' comparing the mother and daughter as sexual objects. These letters started to arrive."

PD Jo said, "After Jung Myung-seok was released, he called A. On the same day and at the same time, A's mother was also sequentially victimized."

He said, "It was shocking that the mother said 'Thank you' while watching her daughter being victimized," and added, "What hurt my heart was that I thought A would not live with her mother, but a friend said she still lives with her mother."

PD Jo reflected, "There are really many children (second-generation) suffering various types of harm. How will this society take responsibility for those children?"
