The "Opening the Bilingual Heart♡" program focuses on enhancing the parenting efficacy of marriage immigrant women and improving awareness and support for their children's bilingualism. Participants create picture books together with their children, motivating and engaging them in bilingual use through reading.

This program consisted of 10 sessions and involved 12 multicultural families (including prospective parents) with children under 12 years old in the district. The education covered parenting attitudes necessary for child-rearing and improving awareness of bilingualism in multicultural families.

Mothers from multicultural families who attended the program shared their thoughts, saying, "We felt proud of the picture books we made ourselves and learned surprisingly easy ways to communicate bilingually with our children, making this a meaningful education."

The bilingual family environment creation project is scheduled to continue throughout the year, with the second phase, the parent-child interaction program, planned to be conducted both in-person and online starting from the end of April.
