EXCO conducted a morning campaign on the 3rd to enhance integrity awareness in the public sector as part of Daegu City's 'Cheongnyeomhaday' initiative.
In the pledge to spread a culture of integrity held that day, all EXCO employees and service contractors participated, led by CEO Lee Sang-gil along with 13 executives and department heads, taking time to imprint integrity awareness through a performance aimed at eradicating the three major malpractices: abuse of power, authoritarian culture, and solicitation.
Given EXCO's nature as an exhibition and convention center hosting events year-round and cooperating with numerous partner companies, the event also served as a moment to pledge mutual respect and consideration for fair trade with related businesses. As a public institution requiring high ethical standards, EXCO is committed to conducting exhibition and convention operations with fairness and transparency.
CEO Lee Sang-gil stated, “We created an opportunity to reaffirm integrity awareness as public officials together with EXCO employees and executives,” adding, “Through spreading a culture of integrity, we will foster an environment that maximizes flexible communication and creativity among EXCO staff and become a trusted exhibition and convention center both internally and externally.”
