‘Iksan Busong Desiang’ Open for Subscription Today (3rd)... "Significantly Lowered Eligibility Requirements"

Jeonbuk Development Corporation will accept subscription applications for ‘Iksan Busong Desiang’ today (3rd) from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.


Today’s open subscription significantly relaxes eligibility criteria, allowing anyone aged 19 or older to apply regardless of whether they have a subscription savings account, their place of residence, home ownership status, or income requirements. There is no restriction on re-winning, and applications are accepted through the official website of ‘Iksan Busong Desiang’.


The subsequent schedule includes announcing winners and standby winners on the 6th (Thursday), document submission for winners from the 7th (Friday) to the 8th (Saturday), and contract signing for winners from the 10th (Monday) to the 12th (Wednesday). Move-in is scheduled for December 2025.


A sales official stated, “The subscription for Iksan Busong Desiang on the 3rd (Monday) is open to all nationwide without any restrictions as long as applicants are 19 years or older,” adding, “With the easing of resale restrictions on pre-sale rights starting in April, the resale restriction period for this complex, which was previously three years, will be reduced to one year, leading to continuous inquiries from investors nationwide.”


Iksan Busong Desiang offers various free items as special benefits upon contract. Contract holders will receive free balcony expansion, entrance door installation, hybrid cooktop, electric oven, engineered stone countertops, built-in wardrobes (in bedroom 2 and bedroom 3), and bidets (in the common bathroom and master bathroom).


Additionally, this complex is a private-participation public sale apartment subject to the price ceiling system, supplied at a reasonable price compared to local market prices.
