Subscription Applications for Four Locations Nationwide Including Hwikyung Xi Decencia Open
A total of 1,825 households are scheduled to be supplied at four locations nationwide next week. With Hwikyung Xi Decencia and others preparing for subscription applications, attention is focused on whether the sales market will continue the recent subscription fever in Seoul.
According to Real Today, a real estate research company, a total of 1,825 households (including private rental housing, excluding Happy Housing) will accept subscription applications at four locations nationwide in the first week of April.
In Seoul, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted on the 4th for Hwikyung Xi Decencia (700 households), built in the Hwikyung-dong area of Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. It consists of 14 buildings from basement level 3 to 35 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 84㎡, and a total of 1,806 households, of which 700 households will be sold to the public. It is supplied through the Hwikyung 3 Redevelopment Promotion Zone housing redevelopment project and is located in a double station area near Hoegi Station and Hwaedaeap Station on Seoul Subway Line 1.
Recently, the Seoul sales market has been gradually reviving, with more than 40,000 applications submitted for the non-priority subscription of Olympic Park Foreon in Gangdong-gu, and about 20,000 applications gathered for the first-priority subscription of Yeongdeungpo Xi Dignity in Yeongdeungpo-gu.
In addition, in the metropolitan area, Bupyeong Doosan We've The Park (23 households) in Sangok-dong, Bupyeong-gu will be supplied on the 3rd, and Paju Unjeong New Town Unjeong Hosu Park Numer (38 households) in Wadong-dong, Paju-si will be supplied on the 4th.
In the provinces, subscription applications are scheduled on the 5th for Parkview Booyoung (private rental, 1,064 households) in Moksung District, Gwangyang-si, Jeollanam-do. Phase 1 consists of 9 buildings from basement level 1 to 28 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 84㎡ and 724 households. Phase 2 consists of 9 buildings from basement level 1 to 28 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 59㎡ and 766 households. Among them, 1,064 households (570 households in Phase 1 and 494 households in Phase 2) will be rented in the first round.
Winner announcements will be held at six locations, and official contracts will be conducted at eight locations.
