Nowon District Mayor Oh Seung-rok Awards Commendations to 264 Model Residents in Q1

Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon District, Commends 264 Model Residents Dedicated to Regional Development on the Afternoon of the 31st

Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon District, attended the '2023 1st Quarter Model Resident Commendation Ceremony' held at the Nowon Residents' Hall Auditorium on the afternoon of the 31st and awarded certificates of commendation to 264 model residents who have devoted themselves to regional development.

The commendation recipients include life-saving contributors, autonomous disaster prevention teams, safety guards, snow removal task forces, resident autonomy support groups, professional organizations, exemplary neighborhood and block leaders, residents' representatives of apartment complexes, welfare centers, senior citizens' associations, filial couples, model youth, and welfare organizations, all of whom have dedicated themselves to the safety and development of Nowon District in various fields.

Mayor Oh Seung-rok said, “Nowon District is a pleasant and warm place to live thanks to residents who sacrifice for their neighbors,” and added, “I sincerely thank and congratulate the awardees for their efforts contributing to the development of Nowon District.”
