Renault Korea Motors announced on the 31st that it will launch a new customer experience program called ‘Renault Experience (R: Xperience).’
This program allows customers to engage with improvements in products and services through various methods. To coincide with the opening of the 2023 Seoul Mobility Show, a dedicated Renault Experience Zone was set up in the outdoor area of Hall 1 at KINTEX. Visitors can test drive various Renault vehicles. Additionally, customer profile images created by combining AI-generated customer avatars with metaverse vehicles are provided.
On the same day, Yoon Kwan-seok, Chairman of the National Assembly Industry, Trade, Small and Medium Enterprises Committee; Lee Won-wook, Representative Member of the National Assembly Mobility Forum; Jang Yeon-jin, 1st Vice Minister of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy; and Kang Nam-hoon, Chairman of the Korea Automobile Manufacturers Association, visited the experience zone and toured the exhibited vehicles.
