Jongtae Lee, a former member of the Kyobo Life Group, has been appointed as the new CEO of Kyobo Realco, the real estate specialist company of Kyobo Life Group.
On the 31st, Kyobo Realco announced that Jongtae Lee, former head of the Alternative Investment Business Division at Kyobo Life, was appointed as the new CEO through a shareholders' meeting held the previous day.
The new CEO graduated from Korea University with a degree in Business Administration and joined Kyobo Life in 1993. He has held various positions including Head of Domestic Investment Team, Head of Variable Asset Management Team, Head of Investment Business Division, and Head of Alternative Investment Business Division.
In his inaugural speech, the new CEO outlined key tasks including ▲rebuilding the company's core business essence and future image, advancing organizational culture to create a foundation for enjoyable work and growth ▲expanding support for growth in existing business areas such as PM, FM, LM, and environmental energy ▲entering new business fields ▲improving performance management and compensation systems.
Meanwhile, Kyobo Realco is a comprehensive real estate service company established in 1979. It provides integrated real estate asset management services including real estate facility management and asset management, leasing and sales consulting, investment advisory, and construction management.
