Kim, who won the Genesis Championship, also triumphed at the LG Signature Players Championship, the final event of the KPGA season. After completing the season, he simultaneously claimed the Genesis Award and the money title, emerging as the top player on the KPGA Korean Tour 11 years after his professional debut.

Dongmoon Construction stated that Kim’s career resembles the company’s history. Despite entering workout due to the 2009 global financial crisis, the company quickly expanded its business and successfully graduated from workout on its own after 11 years.

A representative from Dongmoon Construction said, "Dongmoon Construction and Kim both have overcome difficult periods and are now seeing the light. We hope this meeting will create greater synergy for both parties and that Kim will achieve even higher goals in the future."

Under this contract, Kim will wear hats and uniforms bearing the Dongmoon Construction logo while competing in domestic and international tournaments. In addition, Dongmoon Construction is actively engaged in comprehensive cultural and sports marketing activities by sponsoring actor Lee Je-hoon, who stars in the SBS drama Taxi Driver 2, and the Doosan Bears professional baseball team.

Meanwhile, Dongmoon Construction plans to supply the 'Wonju Dongmoon The East' apartment complex in Gwanseol-dong, Wonju, in the first half of this year. The complex will consist of 11 buildings ranging from two basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, with a total of 873 units sized between 80 and 115 square meters. As this is Dongmoon Construction’s first apartment project in the Wonju area, it will be built as a complex that embodies symbolism, marketability, and rarity. In the second half of the year, a new supply is scheduled in Block 6-2 of the Hwanyang District in Pyeongtaek. This will consist of 753 units ranging from 84 to 107 square meters, in buildings from two basement floors to 29 above-ground floors.
