Shinsegae Construction's ‘Billive Acent,’ scheduled for supply in April right in front of Yeonsinnae Station, is attracting attention from demanders as a complex where residents can immediately use the GTX-A line after moving in.
Billive Acent is expected to be occupied around 2027, and residents are anticipated to be able to use the GTX-A line, which is scheduled to open sequentially from 2024, immediately after moving in. According to data announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport earlier this year, the Suseo~Dongtan section of the GTX-A line is planned to open in the first half of next year, the Paju Unjeong Station~Seoul Station section will open in the second half of next year, and all sections except Samsung Station are planned to be connected by the second half of 2025.
In other words, since Billive Acent is scheduled for occupancy in 2027, residents will be able to directly benefit from the full opening of the GTX-A line. However, Samsung Station will open in 2028 and until then, trains will pass through without stopping. Therefore, residents of Billive Acent are expected to enjoy the Gangnam living area as they will be able to reach Samsung Station in just 9 minutes starting the year after moving in.
Additionally, among the GTX-A line stations, there are only four Seoul stations including Yeonsinnae Station, Seoul Station, Samsung Station, and Suseo Station, and when limited to the Gangbuk area, there are only two, boasting high rarity value. Especially, among the four Seoul stations, it is difficult to find complexes with ultra-station area status, so Billive Acent, which has a GTX ultra-station area location, is evaluated to have even higher value. Moreover, Yeonsinnae Station is also a transfer station for Seoul Subway Lines 3 and 6, making travel throughout Seoul and the metropolitan area convenient.
A sales official said, “Billive Acent is a rare ultra-station area complex among the GTX-A line Seoul stations, and since residents can enjoy the benefits of GTX immediately upon moving in, many demanders have shown interest even before the sale,” adding, “As the Eunpyeong-gu area where the complex is located becomes part of the Gangnam living area due to GTX, not only the regional value but also the value of the complex as an ultra-station area near Yeonsinnae Station is expected to rise significantly.”
Meanwhile, Shinsegae Construction plans to sell ‘Billive Acent’ in April in the ultra-station area near Yeonsinnae Station, Eunpyeong-gu, the first Seoul station of the GTX-A line that opens the GTX era. Billive Acent will be built in Bulgwang-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, consisting of 492 households/units with 5 basement floors to 24 above-ground floors, and exclusive areas ranging from 49 to 84 square meters.
This complex features high ceiling heights (2.5m) for all types, storage provided per household on each floor (with building 101’s storage planned in the basement), a 4BAY specialized design and dual-way innovative floor plan (for the 84 type), and is mainly composed of small to medium-sized units preferred for residential purposes. From the basement first floor to the third floor above ground, a large-scale neighborhood living facility will also be developed and sold simultaneously with ‘Billive Acent.’
