Ottogi announced on the 31st that it has launched the ‘UNO Pepperoni Pizza,’ which can be enjoyed without any burden.
The UNO Pepperoni Pizza is packed with salty pepperoni and spicy chili flakes, making it perfect not only as a simple meal replacement but also as a snack or a beer side dish. The dough is made with fresh yeast that retains moisture and is fermented at low temperature for over 20 hours to achieve a chewy texture. It comes in a size optimized for microwave and air fryer cooking, offering excellent convenience. When cooked in the microwave, you can enjoy a chewy and soft texture. Cooking it in the air fryer provides a crispier texture.
With the launch of this new product, the UNO pizza lineup now includes three varieties: the previously introduced ‘Bulgogi,’ ‘Combination,’ and the new ‘Pepperoni.’ It is available for purchase on Ottogi’s own online store, Ottogi Mall, as well as convenience stores. Additionally, it can be found at the ‘Ttugi Truck’ food truck located in the food truck zone of the Yeouido Cherry Blossom Festival, held from the 4th to the 9th of next month.
An Ottogi representative said, “With factors such as the increase in single-person households, rising prices, and the trend toward smaller portions, demand for small-quantity and small-package products is growing.
