The Mental Health Shelter, funded by Lotte Homeshopping, is equipped with rest areas and devices such as EEG machines that can test for depression and stress. A social worker is stationed on-site to provide psychological testing and counseling for female cancer patients and pediatric and adolescent patients visiting the facility. In the future, additional clinical psychologists will be assigned to establish a one-stop support system covering diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and evaluation.
Meanwhile, Lotte Homeshopping continues its social contribution activities to promote child welfare. In February, it conducted a 'Love Sharing Blood Donation Campaign' to help pediatric cancer patients, with voluntary participation from its employees. It also carries out various social responsibility activities such as 'Small Libraries,' eco-friendly learning spaces for children in culturally underserved areas, and 'Dream Voice,' a project producing audio books for visually impaired children.
