On the 30th, Kim appeared on KBS Radio's 'Joo Jin-woo Live' and said that he was questioning Minister Han regarding Attorney Jeong Soon-shin, who was removed from the position of head of the National Investigation Headquarters due to his son's school violence issue. Kim said, "I thought Minister Han could not have been unaware that Attorney Jeong served as a deputy spokesperson for the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, so I asked about it, but he still denied knowing."

Earlier, on the 27th, during a plenary meeting of the National Assembly's Legislation and Judiciary Committee, Kim was seen trembling while questioning Minister Han. This led to various interpretations online, such as "Is there something wrong with Kim Eui-gyeom's health?" and "Is he scared of Minister Han Dong-hoon?"

Regarding this, Kim said, "Regardless of what anyone says, isn't Minister Han Dong-hoon responsible for personnel verification? Even if he is not remorseful, he should show a sense of responsibility, but instead, he shamelessly attacked me." He added, "Rather, he counterattacked me as if I was the one who asked the wrong questions due to improper fact-checking. I was boiling with anger inside and trembled."

When asked if he felt unfair about reports saying he was "trembling," Kim calmly replied, "These days, it has become so chronic that I just accept it."

Kim also shared his thoughts on recently stepping down from the position of spokesperson for the Democratic Party. He said, "I was attacked a lot during the seven months I served as the Democratic Party spokesperson," and added, "It's a bit disappointing that I ended up with a 'scrappy fighter' image."

He continued, "I think I have firmly earned the dislike of conservative media. If I had stayed quiet and kept my head down when attacked and criticized, it might have just passed, but I always stood up and fought back. Because I resisted, I think I earned more hatred, and the controversy grew and intensified."
