Sacheon-si Conducts Satisfaction Survey on Use of Sarang Gift Certificates

Prepared to Identify User and Merchant Inconveniences

Sacheon City in Gyeongnam Province will conduct a survey on the satisfaction of users and merchants of the Sacheon Sarang Gift Certificate from April 3 to April 26.

This survey was prepared to identify areas for improvement by investigating inconveniences experienced by users and merchants about three months after the Sacheon Sarang Gift Certificate was issued on January 10 with a scale of 10 billion KRW.

The questionnaire for this Sacheon Sarang Gift Certificate satisfaction survey is divided into users and merchants.

Sacheon-si Conducts Satisfaction Survey on Use of Sarang Gift Certificates Sacheon City Hall, Gyeongnam.

The user questionnaire consists of 11 questions including purchase status, usage locations, purchase limits, contribution to the local economy, inconveniences, and suggestions, while the merchant questionnaire includes 9 questions such as sales contribution, preferred gift certificates, refund criteria, exchange limits, inconveniences, and suggestions.

In particular, the survey will be conducted in two ways: offline and online. The offline (first phase) survey will be conducted from April 3 to 14 targeting visitors to eup/myeon/dong administrative welfare centers, traditional markets, and general merchants.

The online (second phase) survey will be conducted from April 17 to 26 through Sacheon City’s official SNS (for citizens) and internal administrative network (for staff). Participants in the SNS survey event will be entered into a draw to receive coffee coupons (50 people).

A city official said, “Through this survey, we will check the satisfaction and inconveniences related to the Sacheon Sarang Gift Certificate and strive to make improvements in the future,” adding, “We hope for active interest and participation from citizens.”

Meanwhile, Sacheon City plans to analyze usage patterns through this survey and actively reflect the demands of users and merchants when issuing gift certificates in the future.
