On the 31st, the whole country will be mostly clear, with a temperature difference of more than 20 degrees between day and night.
The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted that the morning low temperatures on the 31st will range from 1 to 13 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs will be between 18 and 27 degrees Celsius. There will be frost in some inland areas of the central region, and ice may form in the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon.
The morning low temperatures in major regions are Seoul 7°C, Incheon 6°C, Suwon 4°C, Chuncheon 2°C, Gangneung 13°C, Cheongju 7°C, Daejeon 5°C, Jeonju 7°C, Gwangju 9°C, Daegu 10°C, Busan 13°C, and Jeju 12°C.
The daytime high temperatures are Seoul 23°C, Incheon 18°C, Suwon 23°C, Chuncheon 24°C, Gangneung 21°C, Cheongju 24°C, Daejeon 25°C, Jeonju 25°C, Gwangju 26°C, Daegu 25°C, Busan 22°C, and Jeju 20°C.
In Jeju, there may be less than 0.1 mm of raindrops falling in the mountainous areas from the night of the 30th until 6 a.m. on the 31st.
Sea fog will be very dense in the West Sea, the western part of the South Sea, and the seas around Jeju Island, so special caution is required to prevent maritime safety accidents.
The air will be very dry mainly in the inland areas nationwide where dry weather warnings have been issued, as well as in the Yeongdong region of Gangwon, and other areas will also be dry.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungbuk, Chungnam, Jeonbuk, Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam due to domestic and foreign fine dust inflow and stagnation, while other regions are expected to be 'moderate.' However, Gangwon Yeongseo, Daejeon, Sejong, and Gyeongbuk are expected to have 'bad' levels in the morning.
