University Job Plus Center, 1,400 Participants in One Month
Shinla University is attracting attention with its integrated admission-to-employment service experience program for new students.
Shinla University (President Heo Nam-sik) University Job Plus Center announced on the 30th that it successfully completed the 'Visiting Hwarang Hall Experience Tour' held throughout March.
The tour involved about 1,400 new students from 43 departments, conducted sequentially by department every Thursday. The main centers located in Hwarang Hall, including the University Job Plus Center, Employment and Startup Support Team, Career Development Center, and Student Counseling Center, were introduced, offering a one-stop integrated service from admission to employment.
To facilitate the tour, employment-dedicated professors participated on-site to explain the programs operated by the University Job Plus Center and the responsibilities of each center.
Bae Il-kwon, head of the University Job Plus Center, said, "This event provides new students with an opportunity to gain useful information while attending school," adding, "In the future, we plan to introduce various programs to provide systematic employment support services not only to current students but also to graduates and local youth."
