Hyundai Construction is offering various concierge services at Hillstate Seonhwa The Wise, a residential-commercial complex apartment with 851 units located in Seonhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon.

They have signed a business agreement with DOPDA, a domestic VIP concierge service company, to provide face-to-face concierge services such as 'garbage disposal proxy service' and 'kids care service.' Additionally, non-face-to-face reimbursable services are available, recommending agencies for cleaning, car washing, laundry, organizing and storage, education, airport reception, and golf course reception.

Hillstate Seonhwa The Wise will provide concierge services for two years, after which residents will be free to negotiate and proceed with the services independently.

Community facilities aimed at enhancing residents' diverse lifestyles and quality of life also stand out. A kids-specialized space called H-iSoop (indoor children's playground) has been created to secure a safe play area for children, and a shared dining area has been introduced where residents can have simple meals or conversations with family and acquaintances.

For residents' health, sports facilities such as an indoor golf practice range (GDR), screen golf room, and fitness center will be established, along with daycare centers, child care centers, and libraries for children. In addition, various community facilities such as residents' common facilities and senior centers are planned.

Composed of medium to large units ranging from 84㎡ to 174㎡ in exclusive area, Hillstate Seonhwa The Wise has lowered the burden on buyers by applying a fixed first installment of 10 million KRW and an interest rate safety guarantee system (up to 4.9% borne by the buyer), and resale is possible before moving in.
