The investigation confirmed that from 2019 for three years, employee A accessed RM's ticket information, address, phone number, and other personal data. On the 29th, it was revealed that a disciplinary committee was held and decided on dismissal.

During the process, employee A reportedly explained that the access was due to personal curiosity as a fan of RM.

KORAIL stated, "We recently decided to dismiss one employee." However, they also said it is difficult to officially confirm personal details about the employee. The employee can file an appeal until the 31st.

Earlier, after learning about the matter through the media, RM shared the article on his social media and expressed his discomfort. Fans urged the agency to respect and protect the singer's privacy.
