Exchange Appoints Min Hong-gi as Chairman of KOSDAQ Market Committee

Min Hong-gi, the representative lawyer of Apex Law Firm, will lead the Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Committee.

The Korea Exchange announced on the 29th that it held its regular shareholders' meeting and appointed Min Hong-gi, a lawyer at Apex Law Firm, as the chairman of the KOSDAQ Market Committee. The term of the KOSDAQ Market Committee chairman is two years, until March 2025.

Lawyer Min completed his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral coursework at Korea University Graduate School of Law. He is currently the representative lawyer of Apex Law Firm. Additionally, he serves as a mediator at the Seoul Central District Court, a member of the Legislative Committee of the Korean Bar Association, and chairman of the Small and Medium Business Hope Foundation.

Lawyer Min previously served as the chairman of the Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Corporate Review Committee (2010?2013) and as a member of the Market Surveillance Committee (2014?2017).
