When designated as a 'National Advanced Industrial Belt Development Area,' comprehensive benefits such as expedited permit processing, infrastructure development, and tax credits are provided. In fact, under this industrial complex development plan, the government announced that it will ease location regulations on greenbelt and farmland to an unprecedented level and shorten the project preparation period from the existing 7 years to 5 years.

In the Chungcheong region, a total area of 5.3 million square meters (1.6 million pyeong) around Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, has been selected as a candidate site. This is the largest scale outside the metropolitan area. The '2nd Daedeok Research Complex,' focusing on fields such as nano, semiconductors, and aerospace, is planned to be established here.

Daejeon City expects economic ripple effects such as a production inducement effect of 6.2 trillion won and job creation of 35,000 people through this national industrial complex development, and plans to develop the southwestern area of Daejeon into an advanced future-oriented new city as a result.

Along with this large-scale national industrial complex development, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced that it will implement an amendment to the Housing Act Enforcement Decree in early April, aimed at easing restrictions on resale of pre-sale rights, causing the Daejeon real estate market to stir as well.

According to industry sources, most of the unsold units in Seo-gu, adjacent to Yuseong-gu, such as 'Doan Umirin Trishade' (a total of 1,375 households) and 'Forena Daejeon Wolpyeong Park 2nd Complex' (a total of 690 households), are reportedly being sold out.

Given this situation, news has emerged that 'Dunsan The Sharp Eliph' in Yongmun 1, 2, and 3 districts of Seo-gu, considered a 'hot place' in Daejeon real estate, is also nearing a complete sell-out.

A sales official stated, "'Dunsan The Sharp Eliph' has already attracted high interest as a large-scale branded complex enjoying the representative Dunsan living area of Daejeon. With the rise in regional value due to the national industrial complex development and expectations for infrastructure expansion, inquiries are surging. The resale restriction period is also expected to be drastically reduced from the existing 3 years to 6 months, so those considering contracts should hurry as a complete sell-out is imminent."

Constructed by a consortium of POSCO Engineering & Construction and Gyeryong Construction Industry, 'Dunsan The Sharp Eliph' is located in Yongmun-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon. It is a large complex consisting of 23 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 33 floors above ground, with a total of 2,763 households, of which 1,935 units sized 48?84㎡ are currently available for general sale.
