LG Electronics Donates 50 'Medipain' Units to Seoul Rehabilitation Hospital

Expectations for Expanding Value for Disabled Customers Including Improvement of Treatment Environment

LG Electronics' medical devices support the rehabilitation and treatment of people with mobility impairments.


On the 29th, LG Electronics announced that it recently donated 50 units of its chronic pain relief medical device, LG Medipain, to Seoul Rehabilitation Hospital. Seoul Rehabilitation Hospital is the only public children's rehabilitation hospital in the Seoul metropolitan area, assisting rehabilitation across the life cycle from children and adolescents to adults.


The donated LG Medipain devices will be used within the hospital's treatment facilities, for severely ill patients, and in related institutions.

LG Medipain is a medical device that alleviates chronic pain in various parts of the body. It applies a non-invasive pain relief method equivalent to the non-invasive, painless signal therapy used in hospitals for pain treatment, and has received official certification from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.
