Talent Donation Activities During Founding Week

"The power of neighborly love must also be 'generated (發電)'."


Hanul Nuclear Power Headquarters of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (Director Park Beom-su) held gift-giving and blood donation events for underprivileged neighbors in celebration of the company's founding week.


On the 28th, Hanul Headquarters presented 100 sets of agricultural and marine specialty products worth 10 million KRW to 10 national merit organizations at the Uljin County Veterans Hall.


They also delivered school supplies worth 3 million KRW to 100 multicultural middle and high school students in Uljin County, and 200 sets of specialty products worth 6 million KRW to vulnerable groups in Buk-myeon and Jukbyeon-myeon.

Earlier, the Hanul Headquarters volunteer group, Hair Sketch Volunteer Group, provided hairdressing services to about 20 elderly people at Uljin Silver School on the 23rd, and to about 120 elderly people at Uljin County Nursing Home and Daycare Center on the 25th and 26th.


On the 30th, to help with the blood supply shortage caused by the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, Hanul Headquarters and partner company employees held a 'Joint Labor-Management Love Blood Donation Event,' and on the 31st, they plan to deliver daily necessities worth 2.4 million KRW to 12 households at Yeongsin Haemil Home, a single-parent facility.


Joo Dong-geun, chairman of the Uljin County Security Association, expressed gratitude, saying, "We appreciate Hanul Headquarters for caring for the families of national merit recipients in Uljin during the company's founding week." Lee Jang-chul, director of the Uljin County Family Center, also said, "On behalf of Uljin County multicultural families, I thank you for sharing warm affection here and there."


Park Beom-su, director of Hanul Headquarters, said, "This year as well, as a partner of the local community, we will listen to the voices of marginalized local residents for coexistence and mutual growth."
