On the 28th, Colombia won 2-1 in the friendly match against Japan held in Osaka, Japan. Previously, Colombia had drawn 2-2 in the match against South Korea held in Ulsan on the 24th.


Japan took the lead in the 3rd minute of the first half with a goal by Kaoru Mitoma (Brighton & Hove Albion). However, in the 33rd minute of the first half, Juan Dur?n (Aston Villa) scored with a left-footed shot, leveling the score. The first half ended 1-1, but in the 16th minute of the second half, Rafael Borr? (Frankfurt) scored an overhead kick, securing a 2-1 victory for Colombia.
