Visang Education, a specialized educational publishing company, received a Citizen Merit Medal from the Chairman of the Bogot? City Council on the 14th, the Korea Publication Culture Association announced.
Since participating in the Bogot? International Book Fair in April last year, Visang Education has continued educational business cooperation by signing memorandums of understanding with the local education office and the city of Rungja.

The Chairman of the Bogot? City Council stated that Visang Education was awarded the Citizen Merit Medal in recognition of its contributions to innovating the educational platform of Bogot? and Colombia through learning-related writings, research, and teaching methods.
The Korea Publication Culture Association said, "This is a good example of overseas expansion through international book fairs," and added, "We will continue to actively support domestic publishers' overseas expansion."
