Juchon in Gimhae, Gyeongnam is expected to transform into a corporate city through favorable developments such as the establishment of a logistics center.

Moreover, Gimhae City has secured a budget of 45 billion KRW to renovate six livestock farms, including Haegang and Seongrim, within Juchon by 2026. On the sites of former pig farms, new residential spaces centered on people and the environment will be created, including healing parks, urban agriculture clusters, and residential complexes.
As this area grows into a corporate city, it is expected that overall regional development will occur alongside an influx of labor demand. In particular, residential improvements are anticipated due to increased demand, boosting the popularity of nearby residential complexes.
Currently, about 9,200 households are supplied in the Juchon Seoncheon District and its surroundings, and with an additional approximately 4,300 households from developments such as ePyeonhansesang Juchon The Premier, the area will transform into a large-scale emerging residential town with a total of around 13,000 households.
A real estate expert stated, “The reason development continues in Juchon despite difficult market conditions is proof of the high future value of its location,” adding, “With the announcement of development plans, consumers who quickly respond to information are rushing to sign contracts for new apartments in the Juchon area, and the remaining units of ePyeonhansesang Juchon The Premier, currently on sale, are being rapidly sold out.”
