The Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) announced on the 28th that it has completely revamped its website to improve user convenience.
The redesigned FSS website features consistently integrated content and enhanced readability. Additionally, users can access all services on mobile devices just as they would on the PC version of the website.
With this revamp, the FSS expanded information provision by reorganizing financial support content for small and medium-sized enterprises and self-employed individuals, and also obtained web accessibility quality certification for financially marginalized groups, according to the FSS.
Other improvements include the introduction of simple authentication and the addition of social networking service (SNS) sharing functions. Furthermore, the FSS grouped and arranged customized content on the homepage into four areas tailored to users such as financial consumers and financial industry workers.
An FSS official stated, "We will continue to improve the website to provide various financial life information in a timely manner."
