Lotte ON and Lotte Department Store Sign Business Agreement with LVMH Cosmetics

Development of Differentiated Products and Services

Lotte ON and Lotte Department Store announced on the 27th that they have signed a business agreement with LVMH Cosmetics to create synergy across online and offline channels.


The two companies will focus on strengthening competitiveness by developing differentiated products and services, and plan to showcase joint marketing activities such as launching new products from LVMH Cosmetics brands first or holding exclusive launch events.

Lotte ON and Lotte Department Store intend to leverage online and offline channels to enhance brand awareness and expand sales channels for LVMH Cosmetics brands.


A Lotte Shopping official stated, "We expect great synergy from the combination of Lotte's online and offline channels and LVMH Cosmetics' brand competitiveness."
