Italian Full-Course Meal, Limited to 40 People
Paradise Hotel & Resort announced on the 27th that it will host a joint gala dinner featuring master chefs from the Italian restaurant 'La Scala' for a spring gourmet trip.
This gala dinner is themed 'An Authentic Italian Gourmet Dinner for Only 40 Guests.' Chef Maurizio Checcato from Paradise City and Chef Daniel Hwang from Paradise Hotel Busan will participate, showcasing high-quality fine dining based on their extensive experience.
The dinner is prepared as a 10-course meal. Starting with an amuse-bouche to whet the appetite, guests can enjoy main dishes made with premium ingredients such as ravioli featuring caviar, lobster, and black truffle, sea bream dishes, Korean beef sirloin steak, and a variety of desserts. Five types of premium wines, carefully selected by the hotel sommelier for pairing, will also be served.
The event will take place at Paradise Hotel Busan on the 30th from 6:30 PM, exclusively for 40 guests with prior reservations. Detailed information can be found on the official website of Paradise Hotel Busan.
