After Launching New Brand Name 'Dibellon', Company Changes Its Name
Hyundai Genuine and Hyundai Construction Equipment Also Adopt New Names

HD Hyundai Infracore is removing 'Doosan' from its company name just one and a half years after joining the HD Hyundai Group.

Hyundai Genuine, the intermediate holding company of HD Hyundai's construction equipment division, announced that its subsidiary HD Hyundai Infracore held its regular shareholders' meeting at its headquarters in Incheon on the 27th and approved the agenda to change the company name in the articles of incorporation. The name was changed from Hyundai Doosan Infracore to HD Hyundai Infracore.

HD Hyundai Infracore launched a new construction equipment brand 'DEVELON' this year and completely removed the Doosan name by changing its company name.

Hyundai Genuine stated that the name change was made to emphasize the 'HD Hyundai' identity. On the 22nd, Hyundai Construction Equipment, one of the three HD Hyundai construction equipment companies, also changed its name to HD Hyundai Construction Equipment. Hyundai Genuine plans to approve changing its name to HD Hyundai Site Solutions at the shareholders' meeting scheduled for the following day.
