"YouTube Channel Deletion... Full Earnings Donated to National Veterans" Lee Geun, Conditional Acceptance
YouTuber Gujeoyeok "Signed Duel Agreement... Stop Making Excuses, Let's Just Fight"
Lee Geun, former Navy Special Warfare Flotilla (UDT/SEAL) captain (39), conditionally accepted the public duel challenge from YouTuber Gujaeyeok (real name Lee Junhee, 31), with whom he has had a long-standing conflict.
On the 24th, Lee Geun wrote on the community board of the YouTube channel ''ROKSEAL'' that "I accept Gujaeyeok's duel," adding, "There is only one condition. Delete the Gujaeyeok YouTube channel immediately."
Lee then mentioned Gujaeyeok’s loss in a defamation trial related to false information spread about YouTuber Yangppang, saying, "You are just a reckless person obsessed with money who spreads false information about others. Since you got criticized, you are now selling your mother and putting on a show pretending to care about the Cheonan ship incident and national veterans." He added, "You claimed to be a righteous YouTuber who never lies for the public good, but now you have been proven to be a defamer spreading lies. Delete your channel like a man."
He also told Gujaeyeok, "Stop exploiting your poor mother," and said, "I said that your mother must feel very sorry to have a loser son like you, but you are trying to whitewash your image by calling that an insult. If your mother’s honor is more important than your YouTube channel, delete your channel and face me in a no-rules real fight," provoking him.

The duel contract terms posted by Lee Geun include ▲permanent deletion of Gujaeyeok’s YouTube channel and never opening another channel ▲never mentioning Lee Geun again ▲dropping all lawsuits ▲conducting the duel as a no-rules bare-knuckle fight without filing assault or attempted murder charges against each other ▲donating all duel proceeds to national veterans.
Earlier, on the 21st, Gujaeyeok said on his YouTube channel, "I took care of my mother, who had dementia, alone for 11 years until she passed away last November. But Lee Geun insulted and mocked my mother less than a month after she died, saying things like 'Your parents are really pitiful' and 'You were poorly raised at home.' Even if it’s a fight I’m sure to lose or get beaten up in, I want to land a punch on Lee Geun’s face. Regardless of the outcome, if you accept my proposal, I will never mention you again and will withdraw the assault charges against you," proposing a fight.

The bad blood between Gujaeyeok and Lee Geun started in 2020. Gujaeyeok continuously raised suspicions about Lee Geun, while Lee publicly responded with harsh criticism, even bringing up Gujaeyeok’s parents.
Lee Geun, who participated in the Ukraine war and was indicted for passport law violations, is also accused of hit-and-run after causing an accident with a motorcycle while driving in Seoul last July and leaving the scene without taking action. At a hearing on the 20th at the Seoul Central District Court regarding the passport law violation and hit-and-run charges, Lee verbally abused Gujaeyeok, who was present, slapped him, and damaged his phone by hitting it with his hand. Gujaeyeok reported the assault to the police, and Lee is currently under police investigation. At the hearing, Lee admitted to the passport law violation but denied the hit-and-run charge, claiming he was unaware of the collision and had no intent to flee. The next hearing is scheduled for the 24th of next month.
Meanwhile, after Lee accepted the duel on the condition of channel deletion, Gujaeyeok said, "As soon as I heard the news, I asked the Road FC legal advisor to draft a duel agreement, signed it, and sent it to Lee Geun. Now, if Lee signs and sends it to the lawyer, the duel will be finalized." However, he added that the trial Lee cited as the basis for deleting the channel was a case where the informant received a settlement and withdrew the lawsuit, not a case Lee lost, urging, "Stop making lame excuses and accept the duel proposal."
