K-water Bu-Ul-Gyeong Cooperation Group, Transfer of Water Quality Analysis Equipment
The Department of Environmental Energy Engineering in the Smart Green Engineering Division at Changwon National University received pilot analysis equipment for water quality analysis from the K-water Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam Regional Cooperation Group of the Korea Water Resources Corporation.
According to the university on the 24th, this equipment handover ceremony was arranged as a follow-up measure to the existing industry-academia cooperation memorandum of understanding (MOU) to foster environmental energy professionals and promote university development.
The event held at the CEO Lecture Room in the Changwon National University Comprehensive Education Building was attended by Dean Taeho Yoon of the College of Engineering, Department Head Jonggwan Park of Environmental Energy Engineering in the Smart Green Engineering Division, Professors Byunghyun Moon, Taehyung Kim, Kyunghoon Park, Jonggeun Lee, Director Mungi Kim of the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam Cooperation Group, and Water Quality Inspection Center Director Jaewon Kim.

The K-water Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam Cooperation Group delivered educational equipment necessary for precise water quality analysis, including ▲high-performance liquid chromatography ▲turbidity meter ▲high-pressure sterilizer, to Changwon National University.
Dean Yoon of the College of Engineering said, “Thank you for your interest and support for the development of the regional university,” and added, “I hope we can cooperate in various fields going forward.”
Director Kim said, “We will strive to develop together with the National Changwon University by sharing the various business activities conducted by K-water.”
Department Head Park said, “We will do our best to provide practical education using analysis equipment used in the field to students so that we can nurture practical talents in the environmental energy sector.”
