On the 23rd, in front of the Constitutional Court of Korea in Seoul, Park Beom-gye, a member of the Democratic Party of Korea, expressed his position regarding the ruling that, although there were unconstitutional elements during the voting process of the 'Geomsu Wanbak' (Complete Removal of Prosecutorial Investigation Authority) law passed by the National Assembly plenary session last year, the law is not ultimately invalid.
