Damyang-gun Operates Viewing and Opinion Submission Period for Individual and Collective Housing Prices

On the 23rd, Damyang-gun, Jeollanam-do announced the '2023 Individual Housing Prices (Draft)' and stated that the period for viewing and submitting opinions on individual housing prices will be open until the 10th of next month.

The subject properties are single-family and multi-family houses located in Damyang-gun. To ensure accurate and fair housing price assessment, Damyang-gun has investigated the characteristics of all individual houses (usage, structure, orientation, etc.) since October last year, and the price assessment and verification by the Korea Real Estate Board have been completed for 15,458 individual houses.

Individual housing prices can be viewed by owners and stakeholders at the county office's finance department, each eup/myeon office, and the Damyang-gun website.

If there are any opinions regarding the individual housing prices, a housing price opinion form can be submitted by visiting or sending by mail or fax to the county office's finance department or eup/myeon offices by April 10.

For houses with submitted opinions, a re-verification will be conducted to check the price balance with standard houses and neighboring houses, and the results will be individually notified to the opinion submitters.

The individual housing prices (draft) will be finalized and announced on the 28th of next month after the viewing and opinion submission period ends and after deliberation by the Damyang-gun Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee.
