About 30 volunteers participated in the agricultural machinery mobile repair service, including technicians from Gyeongnam Nonghyup NH Agricultural Machinery Mobile Maintenance Team, Nonghyup Yeongnam Material Distribution Center, Muhak, and A/S teams from agricultural machinery manufacturers. They inspected and repaired over 50 agricultural machines such as tractors, cultivators, and tillers, and conducted safety education on the safe use of agricultural machinery to prevent accidents.

Gyeongnam Nonghyup and Muhak signed a social contribution cooperation agreement in 2020 and have cooperated to promote the consumption of agricultural and livestock products from Gyeongnam.

This year, starting with support for parts costs for agricultural machinery mobile repair, they plan to jointly carry out various social contribution activities such as helping with rural labor during the farming season, volunteer support for side dishes for vulnerable groups, support projects for loving filial dining tables, and improvement projects for the deteriorated residential environment of vulnerable farms.

Chairman Choi said, “We joined forces with Gyeongnam Nonghyup to encourage Gyeongnam farmers who strive to promote the health of the people and the excellence of Gyeongnam agricultural products,” and added, “Muhak, as a 100-year company protecting the region, plans to continue various sharing activities to grow together with the community.”

Head Kim said, “During difficult times, Muhak, a local company, supports parts costs, which greatly helps reduce farming expenses and ensures safe agriculture. We expect a bountiful harvest this year,” and added, “To prevent agricultural machinery safety accidents during the farming season and to improve farmers’ convenience, Gyeongnam Nonghyup will continue to provide mobile repair volunteer services and financial service support activities.”
