At an intersection in Ulsan, when a small SUV flipped over, nearby citizens joined forces to right the vehicle and rescue the driver. The police expressed their gratitude, saying, "The citizens performed a 'bare-handed miracle.'"

On the 23rd, the Ulsan Police Agency posted CCTV footage of the intersection in front of Dong-gu Office in Ulsan on their official YouTube channel. The recorded accident occurred at around 11:45 a.m. on the 21st in front of the intersection. The video shows a collision between a small SUV making a left turn and a compact car going straight, causing the SUV to overturn toward the driver's side.

At that moment, a man got off a truck parked some distance away from the accident scene and ran toward the SUV. He tried to push the overturned SUV upright but was unable to do so alone.

Seeing the man's struggle, a motorcycle rider joined in, followed by other citizens who rushed to help. In total, 14 citizens combined their strength to right the SUV and successfully rescue the driver. The overturned SUV weighed nearly one ton, and it took only 80 seconds to set the vehicle upright.

Afterwards, the police, who arrived following a report, began investigating the accident and managing traffic, while the fire department urgently transported the driver to the hospital. The SUV driver was reported to have received treatment safely at the hospital.

The police also expressed their gratitude to the citizens who helped the driver through the video. The Ulsan Police Agency stated, "We thank the citizens of Ulsan who came running without hesitation," emphasizing that they "performed a 'bare-handed miracle.'"
