Gwangjin-gu 'Real Estate Official Price' Viewing and Opinion Hearing

Viewing and public consultation on apartment prices, individual house prices, and individual official land prices available until April 10

Gwangjin-gu (Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) will conduct a public viewing and collect opinions on the official real estate prices as of January 1 this year until April 10.

The official real estate prices available for viewing and consultation include ▲apartment prices ▲individual house prices ▲individual official land prices.

‘Apartment prices’ refer to the appropriate prices of apartments calculated and announced by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport; ‘individual house prices’ refer to the appropriate prices of detached houses calculated and announced by the mayor, county governor, or district head; and ‘individual official land prices’ refer to the price per unit area of individual land calculated based on the standard land price.

The district operates a period for price viewing and opinion submission prior to the decision and announcement of the 2023 official real estate prices to guarantee residents' right to know and to enhance administrative reliability and procedural rationality.

The official real estate prices can be viewed online through the ‘Real Estate Official Price Informer’ website and the Gwangjin-gu Office homepage, or in person at the Tax Division 1 and Real Estate Information Division of Gwangjin-gu Office or the resident centers of the districts where the real estate is located.

Owners or other interested parties who have opinions on the viewed prices can obtain forms from the website or viewing locations, fill out an ‘opinion statement,’ and submit it along with a ‘Consent Form for Collection and Use of Personal Information’ via the website, mail, fax, or by visiting the viewing locations.

The district will review the characteristics and prices of the real estate for which opinions have been submitted and have them re-verified by specialized institutions. Afterwards, the results will be reviewed by the Real Estate Price Announcement Committee, and the processing results will be individually notified to those who submitted opinions. The prices will be decided and announced on April 28. However, apartment prices will be handled by the Korea Real Estate Board, the relevant authority.
