CBS Radio Kim Hyun-jung's News Show Interview
"Heera Means to Live Pure and Clean"
"Regarding drug smoke, I looked up a lot of references. I also searched for many documentaries and TV series related to drugs on platforms like Netflix, including American and British dramas."
Actor Kim Heora, who played the drug addict and school violence perpetrator Lee Sara in the Netflix drama The Glory, said this. On the 23rd, she explained the background of playing an artist addicted to drugs in an interview with CBS Radio's Kim Hyun-jung's News Show.
Kim Heora said, "I focused more on why Sara uses drugs and why she doesn't want to be sane. I thought about what makes her want to be intoxicated and why she wouldn't want to be in her right mind even in everyday life. I tried to express those things a lot."

Kim Heora added, "I think it was created based on my guess that maybe she wanted to live a life without tension and without much concern for others."
Kim Heora is feeling the global success of The Glory. She said, "My friends in Sweden and friends who have lived in Europe for a long time have contacted me. They said that people on the subway were all looking at me." Because of her unique name, some might think it is a foreign name, but it is pure Korean.
Kim Heora said, "My father gave me this name, meaning 'white and clean,' and that I should live like that." She added, "My dream is that the stories I tell and the good deeds of the actors have a great influence and give strength to many people. I think about this every time."
Kim Heora explained, "Honestly, talking about having a positive influence is a bit embarrassing because I haven't always made such great choices, so I'm a bit cautious, but I try to be that kind of actor. When I become well-known to many people, I hope that the trials and immaturity I have experienced can have a positive influence on many children and adolescents."
Kim Heora is an actor who has been active on musical and theater stages for over 10 years. She honed her acting skills in musicals such as The History of Jjijili, Marie Curie, Fan Letter, and Bernarda Alba. She appears as a painter in the drama, and painting is actually Kim Heora's hobby. She said, "I can't say I'm good at painting because professional painters might be upset if they hear that, but I enjoy expressing myself through painting. It's a hobby I like."
Regarding her future activities, Kim Heora shared her vision.
