Sancheong-gun Participates in Agricultural Specialty Products Gift Fair at Busan BEXCO

Excellent agricultural specialties from Sancheong, Gyeongnam, are reaching consumers nationwide.

According to Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam, on the 23rd, eight companies from the Sancheong area will participate in the 'Excellent Small and Medium Enterprises and Agricultural Specialties Gift Expo' held at BEXCO in Busan from the 24th to the 28th.

The participating companies are ▲ Dowon Fermented Foods ▲ Haneunggol Oseon Farm ▲ Sancheong Mushland ▲ Agricultural Corporation Bonghwang ▲ Sancheong Jirisan Herbal Farming Association Corporation ▲ Jirisan Herbal Obok Farm ▲ Green Power C&S ▲ Yeongnong Association Sincheonghanbang, among others.

These eight companies plan to exhibit and sell excellent agricultural specialties produced and processed locally, such as balloon flower syrup, shiitake mushrooms, and various medicinal herbs. In particular, they will introduce various health foods made from traditional Korean medicinal herbs to promote 'Sancheong, the hometown of oriental medicine.'

They also plan to promote the 2023 Sancheong World Traditional Medicine Anti-Aging Expo, which will be held from September 15 to October 19.

A county official said, "We will actively promote the excellence of Sancheong's agricultural specialties nationwide," adding, "We hope this expo will help improve the income of local residents by securing sales channels."

This expo is organized by Saebyeok Exhibition, a professional exhibition company, and 200 companies nationwide are participating.
