Operation of Senior Medical Health and Well-being Classes
Gwang Medical Health Industry Cooperative (Chairman Park Jeong-il) announced on the 22nd that it has signed an agreement for mutual cooperation with the Hope Sharing Volunteer Group (President Jeong Cheo-chil) for the ‘Senior Medical Health Well-being Class.’
This agreement was promoted to practice sharing and social contribution centered on senior medical health in Gwangju Metropolitan City and the Jeonnam region.
The Hope Sharing Volunteer Group, which rushes to any place where elderly people reside, such as nursing hospitals in the region, to practice warm sharing, volunteering, and cultural arts, aims to carry out more systematic and sustainable social contributions.
The Senior Medical Health Well-being Class to be conducted through this agreement will operate well-being classes on various topics such as medical care, health, beauty, and culture under the slogan “Seniors Dream of a Healthy and Happy Society.”
Programs will be operated to help elderly people in the Jeonnam region, which is entering a super-aged society, lead better lives.
Chairman Park Jeong-il said, “I am pleased that through this agreement ceremony, we will practice sharing not only healthcare but also medical care, beauty, and cultural classes through the products of member companies for the local elderly,” and added, “I deeply appreciate the Hope Sharing Volunteer Group for sharing the same will with the cooperative.”
He continued, “In the future, academia, the medical community, institutions, and companies centered on local medical healthcare will join forces to hold forums, academic conferences, seminars, and other events to explore various measures such as systems that can be practically implemented in the field,” emphasizing, “Through this, we will present a vision and do our best to create a healthier local community.”
