According to Seo-gu on the 22nd, this cafe is operated by the Seo-gu Senior Club (Director Chu Wangsuk) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, where employees aged 60 and over make and sell injeolmi, red bean jelly, cookies, beverages, and more.

To this end, Seo-gu has been conducting barista and baking training under the catchphrase 'Cheongbaji-club (Youth Starts Right Now)' targeting retirees with working ability.

This cafe also operates a 'handmade experience center' once a week where participants can make injeolmi, red bean jelly, cookies, and more themselves to actively promote traditional foods and expand communication among the elderly.

Ingredients such as domestic wheat, glutinous rice, and red beans produced in Korea are used to lead the provision of safe and healthy food.

Kim Ikang, Seo-gu District Mayor, said, "As we rapidly enter a super-aged society, the need for open jobs, safe jobs, and communicative jobs for seniors is greater than ever," adding, "I hope this cafe will serve not only as a gathering place for seniors but also as a venue for intergenerational communication beyond age."
